Christi Kunzig is currently an appellate attorney, television legal analyst, and radio personality. Since graduating from Hofstra University School of Law and being admitted to the New York State Bar, Christi has had the opportunity to handle a wide variety of legal matters including premises liability, guardianship matters, and statutory interpretation. Christi has served as Nassau County's lead attorney in Adult Protective Services and Guardianship matters in the New York Supreme Court of Nassau County, as well as Nassau County's lead attorney for the Taxi and Limousine Commission handling New York's changing laws regarding ridesharing services. Christi is currently the County’s youngest appellate attorney.
Outside of the legal profession, she is extremely active in the media. During her tenure at Hofstra, she was an Ice Girl and In-Stadium Announcer for the NHL’s New York Islanders and wrote articles/conducted interviews with professional athletes for Class Act Sports.
Christi currently hosts her own radio show, The Shark After Dark, on 94.3 The Shark. As the host of The Shark After Dark, she is able to bring the audience into the radio studio for a unique experience – broadcasting from The Studio (a radio studio located on street level and encased in glass right next to The Paramount in Huntington).
Additionally, Christi frequently appears on Fox News Channel and Fox Business to provide insight and commentary on a variety of issues concerning Millennials as well as legal analysis. Among the programs which she has been featured are: Mornings with Maria, Cavuto Coast to Coast, Your World with Neil Cavuto, and Making Money with Charles Payne. Additionally, Christi frequently appears on Newsmax to offer political commentary and analysis. She has appeared on America Talks Live and The Steve Malzberg Show.
Most recently, Christi was selected to be a legal analyst on Crime Watch Daily with Chris Hansen. In this role Christi breaks down the legal ramifications and the required elements to prove a suspect guilty in criminal cases that have captured the world’s attention.
Outside of the media, Christi has hosted the Women's Insight on the Art of Negotiation Summit and served on the executive board of Nassau County’s 200 Millennial Think Tank. The Nassau County Millennial Think Tank is aimed toward attracting and retaining young professionals to Nassau County.
